Few days ago Theo Turpin and I climbed a route in the NW face of frenrimenn wich starts in a Ice fall located 5 minutes away of the svinafellsjokull and exit to the left of a well recognizable monolith (we retourned by the right in the snow).
It’s a nice varied route of Ice, snow and rock I would give a 3 /M3 , around 550m ascent. The conditions of Ice and snow where poor for the 200 first meters.
Could you tell me if the route (obvious) existed before?
