First ste(e)p
Walked around the first 4m. The main pitch is about 30m with a flat part after the first section and a big flat top out. Good nice pitch to practice your first steeper section.
Location: about 5km east of Fosshotel Núpar. Between Kálfafell and Núpstaður/Lómagnúpur (63.9510632, -17.6201653)

(Icelandic) Jólaklifur og Úgáfupartí!
ISALP’s Christmas Ice Climbing on Saturday 19th of December. We will gather up at 09.00 at Shell gas station in Ártúnshöfði and from there drive to Múlafjall in Hvalfjörður.
Everyone is welcome. We will put up a few top-ropes.
At 20.00 there will be an ISALP party at Solon (Bankastræti) top floor. Free beer for the first ones to come. Pub-quiz at 21.00. The new Annual (Ársrit) will be there!
